Handmade items

Every item is made by hand, so small variations in color, size, shape and pattern are normal and part of the charm. Photos show a representative piece; yours may differ slightly.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may cancel an order and fully refund it if an item was listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.

Custom and personalized orders

Please double-check spelling and details before you submit a personalized order. We make the piece exactly as requested, and personalized items can't be returned (see Returns & refunds).
