Forevershine Gifts ("we", "us") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or shop here and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), and what you bought.
  • When you send a message: your name, email address, and what you write to us.
  • Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor, [fill in: Stripe]. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your cart: your browser stores a cart ID so your cart is still there when you come back.
  • How visitors use the site: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the shop (which pages they visit, where they click and scroll) so we can make it better. Clarity uses cookies and records these interactions; it hides what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to shop. We don't use advertising cookies.
  • Basic technical data: like any website, our servers and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) see your IP address and browser type when you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To make, ship and deliver your order, and to send you order and shipping updates
  • To reply to your messages
  • To handle returns, refunds and problems with an order
  • To keep records we're required to keep for taxes and accounting

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop:
